Biography
I began my paralegal career in a small bankruptcy firm that grew over time, and I eventually came to manage one of its busiest offices. Working primarily with debtors for more than 10 years, I became experienced at navigating difficult cases and identifying areas of potential concern. This experience enabled me to assume the role of senior paralegal and primary administrator for the chapter 7 trustee program at R3M Law, LLP, where Howard Magaliff is a panel trustee in the Southern District of New York.
I am also a seasoned litigation paralegal. My litigation experience began at Dechert as a legal secretary, and I became familiar with commercial litigation. I assisted in a trial where my interest in litigation work peaked. Following Dechert, I worked for two years as a litigation paralegal in a New Jersey based law firm. I assisted with everyday litigation tasks and multiple trials. I became more immersed in commercial and mass tort litigation, and gained valuable litigation paralegal experience.
I joined R3M at the beginning of 2018. R3M has provided me with the ideal environment to simultaneously use and advance my bankruptcy and litigation experience, and to assume new responsibilities in chapter 11 cases and corporate work.
My goal is to effectively and efficiently provide the assistance requested by my colleagues to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients.
I reside in Staten Island, New York with my husband and our two young sons.
